That amp does indicate it's 1 ohm stable, however I would advise against it for two reasons. One, the amp will put out too much power to that sub and the other is the amp will run very hot and won't last long under that low of a load.
You'd be better of finding a sub that's at least 2 ohm and matching it watt RMS for watts RMS at the same 2 ohm load in an amplifier that's 1 ohm stable.
In other words, always load an amp at least twice as high as what it's least stable at while matching the watts RMS between the sub and amp.
For a single sub I would also recommend a mono amp.
Also be sure the amp you choose is CEA-2006 compliant.
