can u answer these questions abt hotel giant 2?

1. how exactly do i upgrade a guest room?
2. how to satisfy people at indoor swimming pool. i unlocked the best diving board, the best sun chair. but they still want better ones.
3. some customer have no need/demand but still they are 99% satisfied. i decreased their room price but still they are.
4. in billiard room they always want more cue stand no matter how many i have kept there.

please help.

1. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "upgrade a guest room."

If you want to improve the quality of a guest room, then make it larger, and put more high quality objects in it. Room grades (e.g. Economy, Normal, Deluxe I, Deluxe II, Suite, Presidential Suite) are determined by the size of the room, whether or not it has a bedroom, and the number of specific types of beds placed in the room. For example, a Suite must have a bedroom, must be at least 137.50 square meters, and must have either a double bed/2 double beds/a canopy bed. For more information about room grade requirements, check your Hotel Giant 2 manual pages 51 - 52.

If you want to upgrade a guest to a better hotel room (thus increasing that guest's satisfaction), then you'll have to search for these guests, one by one. Double-click on a guest, and on the general information screen, if the guest can be upgraded to a better room, then a "Room Upgrade" button should be visible. Click on it, offer them a lower price for the upgrade, and if they accept, they will be upgraded to a better room.

2. Yes, that's one of the many problems with Hotel Giant 2. Even if you give your hotel guests the best items, they will still say that they want better items. It's the same thing with guest rooms and other facilities, not just the swimming pool. As far as I know, there's nothing you can do about that, so just ignore it. Later on, when you can obtain 100% customer satisfaction, you can obtain bonus points with which you can obtain better items for your hotel, but I don't think that will silence those complaints/needs.

3. Use a cheat card to make them do an activity at the hotel that they enjoy. This will force them to try some of your facilities too, so if your facilities are well designed, and they are very satisfied with it/them, then their satisfaction should go up to 100%. If I remember correctly, the cheat card can be accessed from the customer information screen - it's the last button on the bottom right.

4. This goes back to #2 - that they are never completely satisfied with what they have. If you've done all that you can to place cue stands in the billiard room, then just ignore the complaint/need - as far as I know, there's really nothing you can do about it; it's a flaw with the game, as far as I'm concerned.
